Potatoes Originating in Egypt (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006<br />(SSI 2006/27)

Our final item is a negative instrument. Members have before them a copy of the regulations, together with a note of the Subordinate Legislation Committee's comments.

There are no questions or comments from members, so I seek the agreement of the committee to make no recommendation on the regulations.
