Subordinate Legislation

Framework Guidance on Preparing a National Park Plan (SE/2004/98)
Horticultural Produce (Community Grading Rules) (Scotland) Revocation
Regulations 2004 (SSI 2004/245)

The Convener:

For the second item on our agenda, we have to consider two pieces of subordinate legislation under the negative procedure. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has considered both instruments and has commented only on the first. We have circulated a copy of that committee's report. Do members have any comments to make?

Members:

No.

Are members therefore content with the instruments and happy to make no recommendation to the Parliament?

Members indicated agreement.

Thank you, colleagues. I shall see you all next week.

Meeting closed at 11:40.
