Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Monitoring)

Members should all have the paper that was circulated. Do members agree that we should receive all forthcoming Scottish Executive consultations and that we will consider whether they contain specific equalities issues? I ask members to read the documents when they are circulated, and to contact the clerks if there are any issues that they wish to discuss. Obviously, some of the documents will be technical and the committee might not wish to scrutinise them. Is that agreed?
