Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 12th meeting this year of the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee. I have received apologies from Annabel Goldie, Tavish Scott, and Adam Ingram, who is attending the Transport and the Environment Committee. Obviously Mr Ingram does not have the right priorities.
