Good morning and welcome to the second meeting of the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee of 2002. On behalf of the committee, I would like to thank Scottish Enterprise for hosting this morning's meeting. I have received four apologies from committee members—Kenny MacAskill, David Mundell, Rhona Brankin and Kenneth Macintosh.
