Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 24th meeting this year of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee. I remind everybody to turn off all mobile devices, as they affect the sound. We have one apology, from the convener, Iain Smith. As deputy convener, I will take his place today.
