Interests

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 22nd meeting in 2013 of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee. I welcome members back to Parliament after the summer recess, and I welcome our witnesses and I welcome the visitors in the gallery. I remind everyone to turn off—or at least to turn to silent—all electronic devices.

Two new members join us this morning. I welcome Mark McDonald and Hanzala Malik to the committee. I pay tribute to Rhoda Grant and David Torrance, who have left us, for their work on the committee and for their contributions to our debates. I ask the new committee members to declare any relevant interests.
