I welcome everybody to the 21st meeting of the Enterprise and Culture Committee this year. I thank the Deputy Convener, Christine May, for standing in for me last week.

Our first agenda item is to consider whether to take agenda item 3 in private. From talking to members, I believe that the consensus is to do so. Is that agreed?
