I welcome everyone to the 18th meeting in 2005 of the Enterprise and Culture Committee. There are no apologies. I welcome John Swinburne MSP, who is here to join us for item 3, which is on Scottish football. I will ask him to declare his interests when we move on to that item.

The first item on the agenda is to consider whether to take item 5 in private. Is it agreed that we should take that item in private?
