Good morning. I welcome members to the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee’s seventh meeting in 2017. Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 4, which is consideration of our stage 1 report on the Air Departure Tax (Scotland) Bill?
