Agenda item 7 is consideration of the committee’s approach to the delegated powers provisions in the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill. As the powers are limited to ancillary and commencement powers, it is suggested that the committee be content with them. Is the committee content with the powers in the bill and does it agree to prepare a stage 1 report in that regard?
