I call the meeting to order and welcome everyone, particularly our new member, Scott Barrie, whom I ask to declare any relevant interests.
I have nothing to declare other than that which is already in the register of interests, although I draw the committee's attention to the fact that I am a member of the public service union Unison, which has a constituency development agreement with my constituency party.
