Martin Brown, Solicitor, Scottish Government Legal Directorate.


2. Subordinate legislation:

Ash Regan (Minister for Community Safety) moved—

S6M-04747—That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that The Scottish Tribunals (Listed Tribunals) Regulations 2022 [draft] be approved.

 

The motion was agreed to without division.


3. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee considered the following negative instruments—

The Gender Recognition (Marriage and Civil Partnership Registration) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022

The Gender Recognition (Marriage and Civil Partnership Registration) (Modification) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022

 

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instruments.
