Members of the Committee were invited to declare any relevant interests. Stephen Kerr declared an interest as formerly having a number of different consultancies with different sectors and is a Director of Whistle Blowers UK. Ivan McKee, Evelyn Tweed and Annie Wells confirmed they had no relevant interests to declare.
The Committee choose Ivan McKee as its Deputy Convener.
The Committee agreed to take item 4 in private.
