1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.


2. Cross-Party Group:

The Committee considered an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Scots Language, and took evidence from—

Emma Harper, MSP, Proposed Co-Convener of the CPG on Scots Language/Scots Leid;

Jackie Dunbar, MSP, Proposed Co-Convener of CPG on Scots Language/Scots Leid.


3. Cross-Party Group - approval:

The Committee agreed to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Scots Language.


4. Proxy Voting Scheme:

The Committee considered a proxy voting scheme and agreed to write to the Presiding Officer and the Parliament Bureau.




5. Correspondence:

The Committee considered correspondence it had received in relation to the complaints procedure.
