The Committee considered the following negative instrument—
Non-Domestic Rates (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2026 (SSI 2026/135).
Subject to Parliamentary approval for the Committee to meet at the same time as the Chamber, the Committee agreed to meet again on 24 March 2026 and to invite oral and written evidence on the instrument for consideration at that meeting. The Committee delegated to the Convener responsibility for finalising a list of witnesses and issuing invitations.
