Further information and updates to the Committee of 14 September 2021
Thank you for this opportunity to provide further information and updates to the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee following my appearance on 14 September 2021. The Annexe to this letter contains responses to the points raised.
This Annexe includes an overview of the ten Key Emerging or Existing risks within the Equality and Fairer Scotland Budget Statement 2020-2021 that were referred to at the Committee meeting. The development of the Equality and Human Rights Budget Process will build on these in the next Statement for 2021-2022.
