1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Commission agreed to take agenda item 3 in private.


2. Audit Scotland’s Budget Proposal for 2025/26:

The Commission took evidence from—

Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;

Colin Crosby, Chair of the Board, Vicki Bibby, Chief Operating Officer, Stuart Dennis, Corporate Finance Manager, and Martin Walker, Director Corporate Support, Audit Scotland. 


3. Audit Scotland's Budget Proposal for 2025/26 (In Private):

The Commission considered the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and agreed to write to Audit Scotland on issues raised during the meeting.

The Commission also agreed to draft a report on Audit Scotland's Budget Proposal for 2025/26.
