The figures show that payrolled employments of non-European Union nationals in Scotland have been rising since 2020. When it comes to tax rates, the most recent data from His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs shows that, across different tax thresholds, we continue to see, on average, just over 4,000 more people moving in than leaving.
