Amendment 1, which seeks to reduce the time period set out in section 26(2) from seven to five years, is consequential to and in line with the amendment that was made to section 26(1) at consideration stage.I oppose amendments 2 and 3, in the name of the minister, which seek to overturn amendments to sections 26 and 35 that were agreed by the committee at consideration stage.
