More than five years on, in December 2021, we were told by the Government that it would be completed and operational by February 2022. In July 2022, we were told that it would be completed and operational by November 2022.
The feedback from social landlords is very positive with most saying that the amount, frequency and quality of information provided by SHR were about right, with increases since 2022 in the proportion rating the quality of information as “very good”.
Pilot applications have been accepted from January 2024. To date, one pre-application pilot is near complete and three remain underway: • Shetland o Fish Holm – Stage 3.
