Members’ Expenses Scheme review 6. In May 2024, the SPCB commissioned a review of the Reimbursement of Members’ Expenses Scheme to ensure it is still appropriate for supporting Members in carrying out their parliamentary roles, and that any changes required can be implemented from the start of session 7. 7.

Elsewhere on the moors if they wander on to someone else's land – they can be shot. Some landowners may have more empathy for these animals than others but I have heard during a Community Council meeting some landowners openly saying that they would not hesitate to shoot a goat if it wandered on to their land!
However, we are aware of evidence suggesting that zonal charging policies in London and elsewhere can decrease air pollution levels and improve health outcomes, e.g. cardiovascular and respiratory outcomes. However, these findings may not necessarily be generalisable to Scotland due to differences in zonal charging schemes.
