Through the three strands of activity that make up the R100 programme – the £600 million R100 contracts (North, Central and South), our R100 SBVS and the ongoing expansion of commercial coverage, including newly emerging technologies such as Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connections – that commitment has been met.

Ferguson Marine interim update 2 February 2024

In the context of reducing risk of delays to Glen Sannox, we have decided to move the launch date for Hull th th 802 from 12 March to the next suitable high tide date of 9 April. This has no impact on the programme for Hull 802 however it allows critical work on Glen Sannox in March to be carried out close to the FMPG engineering office and more efficiently alongside the quay in the shipyard. 1 1 th Glen Sannox is booked for dry-docking 3-7 April and will then move to the Inchgreen quayside as the operating base for further sea trials and the rest of the programme to handover.
