I was like you are waiting. There is not much in the bill never told that he was there—he had his hearing, about addressing the delays and what that looks yet I could have walked out of my house and walked right into him. 3 6 DECEMBER 2023 4 like.

Passage of the Bill
The Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Scotland) Bill (the Bill) is a Scottish Government Bill which was introduced in the Scottish Parliament on 13 August 2020
The Bill was considered by the Education and Skills Committee as lead committee (the Committee) which took Stage 1 evidence at meetings on 30 September 2020, 7 October 2020, 28 October 2020 and 4 November 2020.
In its Stage 1 report, the Committee recommended that section 3(3) of the Bill be amended at stage 2 to provide that regulations under section 3(2) are subject to the affirmative procedure, rather than the negative procedure as the Bill provided for at introduction.
The Property (Digital Assets Etc.) Bill which is currently proceeding through the UK Parliament seeks to reform property law in respect of England and Wales and does not extend to Scotland.
I have been working on this issue with the Minister for Parliamentary Business and we both consider that a disqualification provision should be created and that the recently introduced Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill (hereafter referred to as “the Bill”) presents an opportunity to make this change...
We are also developing ‘Once for Scotland’ pathways, harnessing all opportunities to deliver patient care in the right place and closer to home, this includes maximising day case procedures to avoid any unnecessary stays in hospital.
