I am keen to provide an opportunity for colleagues in Parliament to debate the findings, so I will pursue that through the usual channels.The action that this Government is already taking that has assisted families during this difficult time includes extension of eligibility for free school meals and investment in parenting and relationship support organisations. I say to Mary Mulligan that a letter is today winging its way to those organisations, which I hope will reduce some of the uncertainty about their future funding.We have also invested £435 million through the fairer Scotland fund to assist community planning partners in regenerating disadvantaged areas, tackling poverty and increasing sustainable employment.We all know that families with children are much more at risk of being in poverty, and that that is particularly true of lone parents.
