I commend the Executive's work through, for example, the Scottish energy efficiency office, the Energy Saving Trust and the Scottish community and householder renewables initiative, but we have a long way to go to halt and reverse our energy consumption patterns.I commend and welcome the fact that the Executive is working on an energy efficiency strategy and I shall follow its progress with great interest.
