There is nothing to stop our asking the lead committee to follow up the issue. Although it may not be of much concern, we could ask the lead committee to ask the Executive why directions are necessary.
The committee must consider and make decisions on all the admissible amendments to the bill that have been lodged. The procedures that we will follow are similar to those that are followed for a public bill at stage 2.
