Our members understand that delays in the National Care Service and changing plans with that Bill may render a full Strategy refresh difficult; but even a partial Strategy, concentrating on areas outwith social care, would provide some support for the sensory sector and people who are Deaf, Deafblind, and who have Visual Impairments.
