That is a staggering concentration that perhaps merited a more considered response than it got at the time.The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists has presented evidence to show that, in addition to coming disproportionately from deprived backgrounds, those who are in prison display a high concentration of comprehension and communication disorders.
