Earlier this afternoon, I spoke on the subject on the BBC alongside Mr Brown’s colleague, Jackson Carlaw. The BBC had spoken to representatives of the Aberdeen business improvement district who welcome the legislation and think that it will be beneficial in bringing empty properties back into use.
