I am slightly confused about an answer that Dr Forsyth gave to Mary Scanlon. If I heard Mary Scanlon right, she asked whether an over-the-counter headache remedy would have the same effect on someone taking it with water as it would on someone taking it with caffeine and Buckfast.
You will be aware that one of its recommendations was similar to the point that Mary Scanlon makes about whether there needs to be a HEAT target or a national framework target.
