The policy note notes that the changes to he definition of Independent Medical Agencies are "particularly urgent" as online healthcare services are not currently regulated by HIS and the Scottish Government argues that this poses a public health risk.
He spoke of the lack of access to services and a move towards online service provision. He explained that speech and language therapists were redeployed to adult services thus reducing the services offered to pupils with ASN.
