Land Reform (Scotland) Bill - Compensation for improvements
Compensation that may be due is calculated on the basis of the value of an improvement to a hypothetical incoming tenant and is only payable where the appropriate process for obtaining consent from or giving notice to the landlord has been followed.
Section 14 makes changes to the rules around compensation for improvements.
