In Inverness, the news about waiting lists is not so bad. There is a 28-week wait to get an appointment, and, when a person gets their appointment, they then have to wait for 49 weeks to get a hearing aid.
We run a series of employability programmes. In all our centres, we have activities that get people in to get some confidence about being there and to interact with small groups of learners and staff.
A local issue that we have is a real backlog in cath lab activity. We have an opportunity to increase that capacity, which would get the flow moving through cardiology much better, and a targeted bit of work on that is under way.
I take the point that supplies might not be getting affected because there is such a backlog, but UNRWA is involved in far more activities than simply providing supplies, and those activities are being undermined by funding cuts.
On spin-outs, it is important that we get a balance between recognising the investment in research that has created that knowledge and potential commercial activity against the risk that seeking too large a share of that might dampen some of the spin-out activity.
Maybe that is the saviour for the hunting fraternity. I do not know, but I did not get the impression that that would be readily granted in an area where these hunts are active.
I want inclusive, accessible and stronger communities that seek to support those who are inactive to getactive. The aim should be to provide everyone with the chance to get involved, no matter their age or ability.
