The situation of the forum is similar.We have adequately seen that the organisations that represent licensed premises have been constructive, adult and progressive in assisting the minister. Because the bill is targeted at a very large body that is vital to the Scottish economy, it is common courtesy that those organisations should have a place on the forum...
