Given the huge private sector investment that has already been delivered in our communities, what has the reaction from those businesses been to the continued failure of the UK Government to grant an exemption from the United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020? Interruption. Despite all the moaning and groaning and theatrics to my left, it is a fact that we need an exclusion from the United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020 issued for the scheme to be launched.

On 30 June 2020, Scottish Government officials provided to the National Partnership weblinks to the following documents: Putting Artists In The Picture: A Sustainable Arts Funding System For Scotland (CTEEA 2019); the Programme for Government 2019-2020; Local government 2019-2020 provisional outturn; Creative Scotland's Annual Report 2018-2019, data published by the Charity Aid Foundation on charitable giving, and Scottish Government webpages giving an overview of support to culture and heritage.
