I wish the Stirling and Tay cities bids the best of luck. On funding, if Mr Fraser has any influence, he might wish to raise with his Conservative colleagues at Westminster the expanding culture consequentials that are due to the Scottish Government—a sum total of £31 million, of which the culture sector in Scotland is, of course, in dire need.
