Neurodivergence in Scotland - Diagnosis and the workplace

Members were alarmed by the stories of discrimination in the workplace that were shared with them. A diagnosis should not be a pre-requisite for support in the workplace, but at the same time, the evidence the Committee received emphasised the importance of getting a diagnosis.
