*S6M-07151 Natalie Don: Renfrewshire Toy Bank—That the Parliament congratulates Renfrewshire Toy Bank for its ongoing support to children and families in Renfrewshire; notes that the Toy Bank was founded by Lauren Roy-Sutherland in 2018, primarily as the Renfrewshire Christmas Toy Bank, but expanded in 2021 to operate all year round; understands that the Renfrewshire Toy Bank now provides gifts to children from lower income backgrounds for annual events such as birthdays and Halloween; further understands that the toy bank supported almost 8,000 children last year but that the demand for their work is increasing due to the cost of living crisis, and commends Lauren and all the other volunteers who provide an invaluable service to families across Renfrewshire.

Where the above grounds do not apply, the following eviction orders cannot be enforced for six months starting from the date the order was granted (or earlier if the legislation ends):
eviction orders granted in cases that were accepted by the court/Tribunal on or after 28 October 2022
eviction orders granted where the court/Tribunal accepted an application for eviction before 28 October 2022, an eviction notice had to be given to the tenant before doing so and the notice was given on or after 6 September 2022.
