To ask the Scottish Executive what the current financial deficit of the West Lothian Healthcare NHS Trust is. At the end of May, West Lothian Healthcare NHS Trust was forecasting a year-end overspend of £561,000.
No central records are kept but, depending on the nature of the meeting, a record may be prepared by the Minister's Private Office or other Scottish Executive officials.

The last confirmed case of foot-and-mouth disease in Scotland was on 30 May 2001. There have been no new cases of foot-and-mouth disease in Scotland since that date.

The working group completed its consideration in May of this year. I expect to receive the report of the group's conclusions and recommendations shortly and will place a copy before the Parliament thereafter.
