Sorry.Does the First Minister consider that the Minister for Environment and Rural Development was incautious when he said that some of the cases "may be trivial"? Ross Finnie provided a comprehensive answer to the Parliament last week—indeed, it was one of the most detailed answers that I have heard being delivered in Parliament for some time.
