Helpfully, the letter of the then Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport refers to the community facilities strand of the building for sport programme. It states:"In the main, proposals will be led by local authorities, clubs, trusts and the like."
It is not a matter for the agenda today, but I am happy to include it in our future programme. As members are content with the instruments and are happy to make no recommendation to the Parliament, that concludes discussion of item 2.
I have just done so as I was the culprit last time.Item 1 is to invite members to consider taking in private item 4, which is the draft remit and suggested programme of evidence for the national waste plan inquiry, and item 5, which is on claims under the witness expenses scheme.

However, I do not recall hearing on the BBC or reading in the papers over the past couple of days that such a bill is in the Executive's forthcoming legislative programme.
