To ask the Scottish Executive when it will provide a substantive answer to question S1W-7142 lodged on 24 May 2000. The question was answered on 24 November.
What evidence will you consider to determine what is effective with regard to publishing information? What happens in Massachusetts may or may not be any more effective than what happens in Scotland.
I well recall that from my time in social work. Such people may not be committing an offence, but they may well be acting in a sexually inappropriate way—a way that suggests that the commission of a sexual offence might be just round the corner.
