Taken together as the sum of the parts they make a huge contribution to those families and their communities, which is again something that we must not lose sight of.When the call centres were being developed, people liked the sound of a Scottish or Irish accent; however, we have since seen changes in the approach to delivery of such services, including the offshoring of jobs and the automation of services.
