What is being done to reduce the number of emergency admissions to hospital among elderly people, for whom delays can often lead to a loss of confidence and independence? Mary Scanlon will be aware that that issue is of great importance to the Scottish Government, and we have already put a lot of effort into reducing the number of emergency admissions.
