Guidance on Legislative Consent

All four Bills fell at the end of the 2017-19 session, and similar Bills were introduced in the 2019-21 session (with the UK Government agreeing that consent was required for the Agriculture Bill 2020). The Scottish Parliament gave consent to the 2020 Agriculture, Fisheries and Trade Bills.
