(2) A strategic plan is a document— (za) setting out the board’s assessment of the needs of the population in the area of the local authority that are to be met through the carrying out of the integration functions over the period of the plan, (a) setting out the arrangements for the carrying out of the integration functions for the area of the local authority over the period of the plan, (b) setting out how those arrangements are intended to achieve, or contribute to achieving, the national health and wellbeing outcomes— (i) reflect the National Care Service principles, (ii) conform to the National Care Service strategy, (iii) are intended to achieve, or contribute to achieving, the national health and wellbeing outcomes, and (c) including such other material as the integration authority board thinks fit.
