Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill: health, education, public Services and housing - International travel regulations
During the Coronavirus pandemic, these powers have been used to introduce necessary travel restrictions and requirements for international travel. The Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill modifies Section 94 and inserts new provisions to ensure that these international travel regulation-making powers are aligned with the Bill’s new public health powers.
