The Committee reports to the Parliament as follows—
On 7 February 2020, the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Older and Disabled Persons (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020 [draft] was laid before the Parliament and was subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.
The Scottish Government responded to the Committee’s report on 24 December 2020. The Committee’s legacy report sets out suggested follow-up actions for its successor committee.
The instrument also makes consequential amendments to the Non-Domestic Rates (Transitional Relief) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020.

The instrument was laid before the Parliament on 26 March 2020 and comes into force on 31 March 2020.
