The bill is vitally important for our property lawyers and anybody who owns property, although it may appear to be esoteric. I think that the committee should say that it is welcome that, unlike so much of the legislation that is generated by the Executive and comes our way, there is little in the bill that is to be dealt with by subordinate legislation.
